MANDARINS
The trees are in full bloom now. What a wonderful fragrance! And a beautiful view - it is a sea of white against a lush green backdrop. Some of the blooms will drop but many are already forming the tiniest mandarins. The bees love this time of the year, and so do we!

MEYER LEMONS
Meyer Lemon blooms are simple beautiful .. shades of purple, white, and yellow create a vibrant contrast to the green leaves. The bees obviously enjoy the blooms as well!
Our small grove provides a protected habitat for bees, birds and lady bugs! Included in our grove are flowering native plants and other blooming herbs and fruits, such as rosemary and pomegranate, that provide food and home to other flying visitors who keep the bad bugs and diseases out of our grove. In the business, it is called Integrated Pest Management. |

ORO BLANCO GRAPEFRUIT
Blooms on our Oro Blanco trees are rather distinct when compared to the blooms of other citrus. They are a little larger than other blooms and have almost a fuzzy appearance. They will open a little later than the mandarins, but are equally as beautiful and fragrant. |

BLACK MISSION FIG
The Mission Fig, while not as prolific as our citrus, is also making an appearance in the grove! The figs are actually past the blossom stage and the first fruit is starting to form on the trees.

BEARSS LIMES
Our limes are just covered in blooms! This variety is truly an over achiever in the citrus orchard - all throughout the year the tree will have blossoms, immature fruit and mature fruit.
