MANDARINS

At this time of the year, the trees are fully loaded with fruit almost ready for harvest.  Much of the fruit is hidden amongst the leaves, only to be discovered as they begin to turn orange.  The fruit needs cold nights to turn a bright orange color and to develop that special sweetness.

BEARSS LIMES
We just picked our first limes of the season. What a treat! They are seedless, very juicy, and less acidic than most other limes. They can be used in many different ways and because we grow without pesticides, the entire fruit can be used. Dried peels make a wonderful seasoning for salad dressings, desserts and make a delicious addition to sugars and salts.

MEYER LEMONS
The Meyer Lemons are just starting to show the first hints of yellow. Each tree has a blooming flowers, immature fruit and fresh fruit which ensures a long harvest season. Our fruit is picked tree ripe, never stored or treated on or off the trees. Meyer Lemons make a wonderful marmalade. See recipe on our web page!

PUMMELO GRAPEFRUIT

As the fruit matures, the limbs of the trees begin to bend with the weight. These grapefruit are like no other! Sweet and juicy, they have a very thick peel. The trees are loaded. A great taste experience.  Definitely worth the wait.
